Clare Fletcher joined Oxford Brookes University in 2004. She has a BA in English Literature & Language (Birmingham, 1982), a CIM Marketing Diploma and many years experience in marketing and sales in the publishing industry including Routledge (now part of Taylor & Francis), Penguin Press and Butterworth-Heinemann (part of Elsevier Science).
